I am pleased to announce to you all that the Board of Public Works has approved a $50,000 grant for Barton Hose Company No. 1 Fire Station. The Barton Hose Company has been Expecting this for a while and it will be a great assistance in their repair, renovation, and site improvement for the fire station. The Hose Company is such an important part of our District and the community it serves.
