The last day for the Maryland legislative session was Monday, and Senator Mike McKay took some time to review the results for the 2023 term on the Dave Norman show. Senator McKay was asked about a “grade” for this session and while he gave the overall session a B/C grade, he touted the work of the local delegation in several accomplishments that will benefit the region.
He also noted what lawmakers did NOT get accomplished in the way of citizen protection services.
