Today\’s press conference by Governor Hogan on the COVID-19 pandemic was a little different than normal and it brought some good news. As of 5 pm Friday, large outdoor venues, such as Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium, can open to 50% capacity and all indoor dining can open to full capacity without standing at bars. Churches and other places of worship can also open up to full capacity. The Governor still encouraged that telework happen when able and of course continue to wear masks.
