Today, some wonderful news came from Governor Hogan. Governor Hogan is completely lifting all restrictions on outdoor events and indoor capacity. Everything can be open to 100% capacity both indoor and outdoor and masks will not be needed for outdoor events. The only remaining restriction are masks for indoors. That will remain until 70% of the State of Maryland has received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Maryland is on its way to possibly reaching that goal by Memorial Day weekend.
