Board of Public Works – District 1B Item on 11-20-2024 Agenda

On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, the Board of Public Works will be considering a request to enter into a grant agreement for a $100,000 grant to the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Midland for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, site improvement, and capital equipping of the Midland new town hall property.  There is no matching fund requirement for this grant. The General Assembly previously approved this funding as part of the 2023 Capital Budget (Item 10 of the Department of General Services’ Office of State Procurement Agenda).
