Project Description:
This project will replace the existing backstop, dugout, and baseline fencing at Flintstone Community Park.

Dear Honorable Senator and Delegate,

It is a pleasure to inform you that the Department of Natural Resources has received a grant request for Program Open Space (POS) Local assistance for the project listed above.

This project aligns with the objectives of Program Open Space, and funding has been approved and appropriated by the General Assembly. However, final approval from the Board of Public Works is required before the commitment of funds. We anticipate submitting this project to the Board for approval in the near future. Once approved, the local government may begin work at their earliest convenience.

Your continued support in enhancing the quality of parks and recreational spaces for the citizens of Maryland is greatly appreciated.
